  1. What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
    Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.
  2. How do I purchase?
    Purchase online should be SIMPLE and EASY.
    • STEP 1: Select item(s) you like, select the size/ colour etc options available for the item
    • STEP 2: Enter your quantity
    • STEP 3: Then click Add to Cart
    • STEP 4: Select your region and enter your postal code
    • STEP 5: Select the available shipping rate
    • STEP 6: Proceed to checkout (log-in account for existing customer or create account for new customer)
    • STEP 7: Make payment by credit card or online interbank money transfer (We do accept offline cash deposit in case you have any difficulty transferring online)
    • STEP 8: Our online system will then notify you of your successful transaction via email
  3. Do I have a choice in currency payment?
    At Hi-mama.com.my , we only transact in RM.
  4. What if I want to return my product?

  6. Is my credit card information secure on the Internet?
    We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. As for credit card information that you entered during the purchasing process, it would pass through our site to payment provider that we used; it is invisible to us.

  7. When do I expect to receive the merchandise?
    Orders received will be processed within 2 working days. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address. To calculate the delivery time, we add the time it takes for your ordered merchandise to arrive at our warehouse from our supplier and the time needed for the delivery agent to deliver to your designated addresses. The following is an estimated time of delivery.
    • Standard shipping: 2 - 4 business days.
    • Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  8. Can I purchase the good without going through the online catalogue ?
    You can send us an email to us at sales@hi-mama.com.my, or text to +6019.3869128. Just inform us the item you wish to purchase. From there, we will inform you the amount the you need to pay and payment can be made via Bank Deposit into our account. Once payment is made, we will proceed to make arrangement for delivery.
  9. Do you accept cheque payment ?
    If you wish to payment via cheque, you will have to follow the procedure below:-
    • Email us the list of products that you wish to purchase. (Total Minimum orders is RM100)
    • We will reply you with the total amount payable.
    • You will need to pay us via cheque by either sending us the cheque or deposit it into our RHB Bank Account No. 212 479 000 455 69 (Hi Mama Enterprise) and then email us/ SMS the reference number to +6019.3869128
    • Once payment is cleared, we will deliver the products.
  10. Will I will be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout ?
    Yes
  11. How soon can I expect the goods after I purchased online ?
    The goods will be delivered within 5 days from the date of your order. In the event that some of the products that you have purchased run out of stock, we will contact you to inform you the new delivery schedule and have your confirmation to proceed with the purchase.
  12. How will the purchased items be delivered ?
    Depending on the weight, size and location of delivery, we will use either courier services, Pos Laju, our delivery van or third party transport services to deliver your goods.
